We can often acquire replacement parts for New Rock Boots from the New Rock Factory. However prices and availability to vary which is why these parts are not listed on our site. To enquire after a missing part please email us with the model, style and size of your boots and the part your require. It is best to send us an image of the part you require as it saves a lot of confusion when describing parts.

Once we receive this information we will check availability and prices for the part and email you the result. If you would like to go a head with ordering the part we will send you a direct invoice which you can pay via paypal to orders@newrockbootsuk.com. In these instances it is best for you to contact your retailer to get some advice on having your boots repaired, however if they are not very helpful or unable to help you then you can contact the New Rock factory directly via their contact page here http://www.newrock.com/contact.php and they will help you arrange a repair.

It is best in these cases to either contact New Rock directly via their contact page http://www.newrock.com/contact.php to see if they can help you or try and find a local cobbler who can make the repair for you as some times this is cheaper and faster than returning the boots to the factory in Spain for the repair.

*Please note: The New Rock Factory is in Spain so any repairs that go out to the factory will take a good few weeks to turn around and for boots that are over 12 months old there will be some transportation costs to consider.
